I haven't joined it yet, no. I'm worried if i do that af won't arrive lol! Having to wait 2 cycles (and my cycles being annoyingly unpredictable) I doubt I will have a transfer before August.

Well I don't really know the difference lol, because we haven't had to do that yet haha. I just know from reading they are sperm retrievals lol. Maybe MTESE is diagnostic? I could be putting the most inaccurate info on google right now 😂😂

Hmmm, no idea lol. Dh has had 2 TESAs now and he was such a trooper about it. Doesn't sound pleasant!

    Default Brisbane IVF'ers 2015

My DH says no way he is doing it. Lol, he has a fear of needles, so one to the family jewels is definitely off the cards.... Going through the reversal was enough. I just really hope there are still swimmers there! We went from 5 million to 65mil to 20 mil to 3mil! All along very poor quality though. But going so low they thought it was scarring over. I hate to think now it's 6 months after our first ivf if the worst has happened 😲

Well you tell him it isn't that bad. It sounds awful though. Dh had a local both times but had the option of going under. He said the worst part was the nurse having to squeeze the crown jewels very firmly so there was no movement. Definitely harder for us ladies

So second scan today, things have gone a little crazy as feared. Good news is EPU is still scheduled for Monday. There are now 19 follies on the left, 12 on the right! Waiting on bloodwork to decide whether to switch to a luveris trigger and do a freeze all due to luveris mucking with the lining and OHSS risk ahh, really hoping that doesn't happen. Plus it means I'll have to drive 2 hours to pick up the trigger tomorrow, and find somewhere one Sunday to have a blood test! Which just happens to be mine and DHs Bday. Lol. So just praying to hear back today to go ahead with the ovidrill trigger. Either way I'm a risk so at least Id have a chance. I don't know why they put my dose up from Wednesday but anyway nothing can be done, just hope that no matter what, we make some baby's to be transferred at the perfect timing. 🙏

Holy moley @StillHopeful. Don't think you'll have much hope with an ovidrel trigger. Their not gonna risk ohss with that many follicles. At Monash anything over 18 follicles becomes an instant freeze cycle with Luveris. If I have to stim again (pls pray I don't) I'll also have to do a freeze all with Luveris as I already had ohss. There was definitely something happening in there!
