@Keiko2012 - just quickly before I head to work- Dr Ben is who I was suggesting- I've heard good things- eve health is ultimately under QFG. Don't stress about the diet- you need at least some carbs for brain energy metabolism so I wouldn't cut them out totally. Plus night shifts are the worst for any diet!!! Have a good sleep today! I also need local help for where is good in southbank these days!

Spot on @Ducky01! Good luck with menopausal crazy lady. @Keiko2012 Yep - that's who I'm changing to in a couple of weeks. Eve is great. I've been seeing another doc there for a few years now (for endo initially, and then ivf), and can't speak highly enough of the whole team. Hope you have a good sleep today. I used to do nights and although it's been a while, I remember the feeling all too well!

@Ree888 It's so full on isn't it? It's no wonder you're feeling a bit overwhelmed. I'm glad you had a good chat with your dp. GOOD LUCK!!

@Ree888 yay for getting the cycle all started. It can be so overwhelming can't it though. Hope the intralipids go ok for you and you've gotten yourself some entertainment. It's such an emotional roller coaster.

@MrsChino oh good luck for your appt! You'll need to tell me all about it

@Ducky01 thanks lovely. I've made an appt but it's not until the 7th October. I'm on the waiting list but we'll see. I'm crossing my fingers something will pop up sooner. And one he is so much cheaper in comparison. Definitely worth it, although I feel like I'm cheating on my FS!

And I had a lovely work colleague pop on over as she was on her way up. And she made me a hamper and said its because she's thinking of me etc. What a lovely thought and so kind, burst into tears! Even had a little giraffe hot pack- I'm sure that one will get lots of loving. Anyway off to get some shut eye for a least a few hours. Hope wveryine is having a Great day 😀

Aw @Keiko2012 what a lovely thing for your friend to do! There certainly are some very good people around

Re: Sunday, I am pretty out of the loop these days in terms of good places to go, but a few places I know of at Southbank are Cowch, Flowers of the World and Tree House Cafe. Any other ideas or thoughts?

@Ree888 - just checking to see how you went today and if you have had your first stabby stab stim dose yet?! Ohh it's exciting one of us is cycling. I'm living vicariously through you! @MrsChino - those places sound excellent- I know of none of them but they sound great. Do you have a fave? We could go to one and if it's busy/full just move along to the next?

And I fell behind again lol. How is everyone going? I think of you all seriously all the time, I swear lol.

Dh is going to spend the day with dd on Sunday so I can venture into Southbank alone. The first place I think of is Max Brenner, but I really should stay away from there lol!

And ps, nope I never called my fs. Still getting a flashy smiley face so no surge yet (if it is even going to happen). I am heading to the nutritionist he recommended on Monday morning so I guess it is a little more time to get it together.

@Keiko2012 - how lovely of your work colleague!! I would've cried if that were me!!
@Ducky01 - all went well and yes I am very much cycling right now had my first dose on Tuesday. The nurse told me to split my dose and have 100 gonal-f in the morning then 87.5 at night. I was bored out of my mind during the intralipids yesterday. Didn't get going for at least 40mins as they couldn't get the cannula in. Tried twice in my left arm then had to
Call a specialist who got it in first go in my right hand. Left arm is a bit sore today as a result, but I'm okay. They were super lovely in there though . First scan to see how the follies are going on Monday morning. Fingers crossed!!
It all feels a bit surreal this time around - I think being treated on an immune protocol has made me think about my other cycles and if this works, why I didn't go down this path in the first place! One of the nurses at the infusion clinic told me yesterday they had a lady who was also wazza's patient, who did 5 cycles elsewhere and never got pregnant once. She saw Wazza, did the intralipids, and got pregnant first go. Kept going in for infusions up until 13 weeks and she's in the safe zone now to not need them anymore. I don't know why more Doctors don't believe in immune issues after I read and hear so many stories like this all the time! Surely what have they got to lose by trying different treatments? Anyway that's my rant for the day have a good one ladies - it is a beautiful day today!!

Oh Keiko how lovely xx I want a giraffe hot pack! 😂

BecT we are SO the same. I only know and thought of Max Brenner.... But you're right, we need to stay away bahaha!

I had a scan today and I have a dominant follicle! So if bloods go well I can trigger tomorrow and have a transfer next Wednesday! Wait and see

Ducky are you having a freeze all cycle? (Sorry, like BecT I'm so behind but I really do think of you ladies always!) on that note, Keiko have you noticed monash blasting their ads on B105! I instantly think of you (and me too I guess as I'm under their FS) and how we probably paid for those ads and are still waiting for our precious bump! One of them starts off about how upsetting it is trying and I'm like yeah especially when you're doing ivf!

Looking forward to Sunday ladies xx

@StillHopeful ha ha I love my new giraffe hottie. You definitely should get one. Yes felt very loved and such a kind thought from her. There is truely some lovely people out there with good hearts ☺️. Yay that you are getting so close to a transfer! Hopefully this one is it!

@MrsChino my GP also said eve health are great. Apparently she had her ob appt there. So can't wait to meet him. Filled out the paperwork today.

Should we just meet somewhere on south bank and then find a cafe that isn't packed with people and where we can find a table? Not sure what Sunday mornings are like in south bank. I can't wait for the catch up will be so lovely.

Afm my egg donors Australia forum application got accepted and I've had a little time to have reads on there. You also have to introduce yourself and post to keep it active. It really does seem to be such a lovey forum with lots of support from everyone. And quite a few donors also that are pretty young. Definitely a new learning curve.
