    Default 18 month sleep regression

    Ive been reading about 18 month sleep regression. Silly question but is there such a thing?
    Im wondering if this could be whats going on with DD.

    I don't know if there is such a thing, but it would certainly explain what's going on with my DD lately! She's been terrible to get to sleep and has been waking up through the night!

    Yes definitely such a thing & am in it also, is great fun with a 5mth old in one too, am losing my mind!

    Worst one for dd1 but Dd2 didn't get it at all.

    Most important thing is to persevere with naps. Cos they grow out of the regression and they still need a nap afterwards.

    Dd1 lasted 4mths. It was hell as I was pregnant and then had a newborn.

    Sounds exactly like me. Im due with bub#2 in 4 weeks! Oh gosh I hope it passes before then 😴
