    Default Pcos supplements

I am wondering if any of you may be able to help me. I have been told that I have pcos and was put on metformin to try to help me conceive and loose weight. I was on it for about 6 months and always felt like it was doing nothing for me. I did have follow up bloods done and nothing changed after taking the metformin. What I would like to know is what do others take for pcos? I have just purchased zinc and vitex to try. I was offered clomid by my gyno but was told I would have a high change of multiples as I have children already and family history of twins. I would rather try for myself first before going for clomid. I am open to suggestions. Thanks ladies.

I found vitex did nothing for me. Lots of people have success with clomid though.

I took soy isoflavones to get my bfp.

I've just completed my 6th cycle on Chlomid and have found it to work the best, the metformin made me sick and my body fought it day in day out after 6months my specialist took me off it. I've tried multiple contraceptive pills, fluid tablets, metformin, vitamin supplements all with little success. I did however have some success with the aid of the marina and a meal replacement shake called herbal life, I've since (8months) had the marina out and am as mentioned on my 6th cycle on Chlomid
