    I just looked back at my notes and I took 3000mgs.

    wow! that's a large dose, possibly if you already eat a lot of foods rich in vitamin C you need a larger dose for a longer time period?
    I'm not really sure though as a smaller dose worked for me..

    Hey guys quick question

    So I have been off the implant a mth now and I have had no bleeding or cramps.
    Negative pregnancy test x2
    And also negative ovulation tests. Did anyone else have this. On the implant I was bleeding like every other week now nothing

    finally had my first regular cycle after coming off the implant!
    I never thought I could be so excited about the witch coming!!
