Default Bleeding after stretch and sweep

On Wednesday my dr attempted a stretch and sweep but because my cervix is still quite high, closed one end and posterior he was only able to give it a bit of a stretch.

Afterwards I had some red blood spotting which was normal.

Two days later though I am still having quite a bit of brown tinged mucus each time I wipe after using the loo.

Would this still be from the initial stretch? Is it normal to still be having brown spotting? Or could it be the start of my show?

And finally, should I call the MW and let her know?

    Thanks guys

Brown would be old blood so I'd say its just the old blood from the stretch and nothing new. If its a lot I would give the midwife a call just to be sure I suppose

I had that for a while after my sweeps. One turned into a show. So could be either! I wouldn't call my midwife, just wait until I next see her, unless anything concerning happens like it goes bright red. But that's just me, if you'd feel better giving her a call then please do so. :-)

Thank you for the replies. I might wait it out a bit longer considering I don't have any pain or fresh blood coming through. If it does happen to increase or I get more symptoms I'll call the MW and see what she says
