So tired this morning and trying to work out if I should go to gym or not. Neighbours were having a domestic for most of last night swearing at each other constantly. Couldn't hear anything physical or work out exactly what it was about. Won't be sorry to leave them behind. Our last neighbours were fantastic.

I have been calorie counting, eating a lot better than I used to and have been exercising more and I haven't lost a thing in 2 weeks, my AF was very late (not unusual) and arrived end of last week so I'm hoping it's because of that.
I do feel better though I will say that.
92.9!! Must be all the walking.
Friday was my weigh-in day. 77.8 kg. im so happy to be under 80kg. all my exercising is working. and ignoring the junk food is a plus. marie.
Some very exciting things have happened to my body this week. I've been working so hard for so long, and all of a sudden my body seems to have kicked into gear, and I've lost an incredible amount of weight very quickly!
This is a very exciting week for me. PT wednesday night, Tan Thursday night, Photos Friday night and final weigh in for my challenge Saturday morning, Challenge cocktail party Saturday night.
Can't wait to see what the scales say for my final weigh in on Saturday morning. Just a tad excited! I've put in the hard yards, and I am finally starting to see some real massive changes to my body. Hoorah!
