I'm off to Woolworths to do a grocery shop, does anyone have any suggestions for healthy food items or snack ideas? Anything you regularly get or have just discovered.
I did a 45 minute walk this morning to try make up for a shocking eating day yesterday, hopefully will do another one this afternoon.
I had friends over for dinner last night - so that never ends up healthy.
Still - no chocolate or snacky type things that are my usual downfall, so that is good.
as for healthy snacks - I find a fruit smoothie always fills me up and knocks off that 'sweet craving'
Just went for a 2hour walk with my bub.
I'm in! I've lost my pregnancy weight (only 5kgs) and 7kgs from my pre pregnancy weight, however I'm still really overweight. 93.4kgs as of this morning. I find even the tiniest treat packs in weight. Damn pcos lol.
