    I do agree with this!
    I have been stuck at 69kg give or take for a month but I had to go down 2 sizes in pants and underwear.

    I think my gym needs to invest in new scales. I was due to be weighed today, but we moved the scales to 6 different positions, and got 6 different numbers. I feel like I have lost some weight but I don't know what. Today, I put on a pair of trousers that I last wore in 2007, when we went to the uk. so I'm feeling pretty good, just wish the scales were working better. marie.

    The gym should have the scales in a fixed place on a hard surface (not carpet).

    I'm leaving the weigh ins for now and just judge by the clothes.

    my gym has put up a sign saying the scales are not to be moved. so I have to weigh myself on my own scales, and compare that to the gym scales. the gym scales are on carpet, and mine are on the tiles in the ensuite. I will see the result at the end of the week. I am weighed each week, and then measured and weighed once a month. so each month, the bmi, and body fat % is going down , so that is good. I feel good, and I am working out five days a week, it should be all working. marie.
