As of tonight I have lost 3.5kg, it's taken me 6 weeks which I know it's quite a long time but I finally feel like I am getting somewhere.
I'm doing shocking when it comes to extra exercise however I have been making sensible food choices, not being "restrictive" as I tend to binge when I do that but just being mindful about why I am eating, is it because I'm bored, thirsty or am I genuinely hungry. If I feel like eating after I've just had a meal I try and do some housework which keeps me busy and then I realise I actually wasn't hungry.
I'm just going to keep doing it this way as I seem to be motivated without being stressed over it.
I'm 6kgs away from where I used to be before and after Dd before I stacked on a bunch of weight, ideally I'd like to lose another 8-10kg.
