I lost heaps of weight a few years ago and then over the last 18 months I have got really slack with food and the weight is finding its way back Reality has hit, I'm not the sort of person that can relax the eating if I wish to keep the weight off.
January rolled around and I started seriously with a personal trainer who doesn't listen to my whining about pain or the fact I'm going to vomit in his studio, plus changed my eating habits.
My weight hasn't dropped dramatically but my endurance/strength have increased and my body shape is changing. Next weigh in is Tuesday so no getting slack over Easter
