Interesting thread. I don't have a set weekly list or anything, and often buy things in bulk, but things we buy enough of that they might as well be weekly staples:

    Milk
    Soy milk
    Basmati rice
    Lentils
    Chick peas
    Kidney beans
    Butter beans
    Tinned tuna
    Bread (either rye or grain)
    Carrots
    Broccoli
    Frozen peas
    Onions
    Garlic
    Chilli
    Avocado
    Fresh tomatoes
    Tinned tomatoes
    Red capsicum
    Baby corn
    Baby spinach
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Lemons
    Apples
    Bananas
    Corn thins
    Instant noodles (entirely DP)
    Coconut milk
Cheese (grated mix from local deli)
    Eggs
    Tabasco sauce
    Natural peanut butter
    Additional fruit & veg
    1 or 2 meal's worth of fish/chicken/lamb

Things we buy less often, but still regularly:
    Wholemeal flour
    Couscous
    Brown rice
    Corn chips
    Chocolate
    Oats
    Vita Brits
    Hommus
    Yoghurt
    Spices

    Nuts
    Dried apricots
