Hello ladies, I've lost 19kg within 4 months.
I just cut out a lot of sugar and carbs. I don't think my weekend away helped my diet. Ha Ha.
I usually get up in the morning, do the treadmill for 20min a day.
Breakfast is a piece of toast with honey with a cup of tea or coffee
Fruit for a snack
Lunch is vita weet biscuits with avocado, salmon and cheese
Snack a hot drink
Dinner: what family is having.
