Hello ladies, I've lost 19kg within 4 months.

I just cut out a lot of sugar and carbs. I don't think my weekend away helped my diet. Ha Ha.

I usually get up in the morning, do the treadmill for 20min a day.

Breakfast is a piece of toast with honey with a cup of tea or coffee

    Fruit for a snack

Lunch is vita weet biscuits with avocado, salmon and cheese

    Snack a hot drink

    Dinner: what family is having.

Good luck to everyone with their weight loss journey

My kids love salmon now! I buy the packs in the freezer section they sometimes go 1/2 prize and the tip that I have for the kids and we like it like it also is just put it in the fry pan till crispy, don't add any other oil, its natural oils will come out. Sometimes I don't cook it as much to keep the good oils in but I struggle with the texture when it isn't fully cooked.
Yes - I think we would struggle if it wasn't cooked through too! Will look out for the sales on the good salmon then and just try to cook it as itself as you suggested

Will Pm the menu later tonight perhaps - need to get the washing on now. From memory it only has about 23 entries in it at the moment as a few were axed as they didn't live up to the task. It lasts a month though due to leftovers if that makes sense. Need a few more still though. If I can add fish in then that would be one.

Would love to hear your meal ideas.

Hi, thank you it was an amazing journey I didn't calorie count as I too find that boring and hard to do, the basic math is what you put in you need to burn. But the thing is discipline and honesty is what I find most people need, if you find counting boring your not going to stick with it are you so don't start it as you know already you will fail and that is where the mind games come into it.
You have achieved your first goal of setting the mark for 15kg to lose! that is a great start... I wrote my starting figure up on the mirror in lipstick and as I lost it it marked each time this was very motivating for me.

What are you going to do for exercise?

Hi all! I'm prepping for IVF and will be starting Optislim next week. I will transition into a normal healthy diet before TTC though. I've got a lot of weight to shift first though. Im pumped and ready to make some good progress. I've lost 5kgs with diet and exercise so far (over the last month).

I do my treadmill within 10-20min of waking up. Then while I'm cooling down I'll feed and change kids, put washing on, dishes etc. I keep my body moving. I try to be active during the day. With kids it's not hard. But we all need to start somewhere, just need motivation.
