A toasted tuna and mayo (pretend mayo with no egg....) sandwich made with multigrain bread, and a cup of English breakfast tea.

I make easy gozlemes if I feel like something delicious. They aren't true to the originals but really good.
Shred heaps of spinach and mix through a bit of finely diced capsicum and chili to taste. Add crumbled feta. Fold Lebanese bread in half and add the spinach mixture to one side fold over like a taco. Grill in sandwich press or on bbq or pan. Really yummy with lemon juice squeezed over.

I had left over salad from dinner last night (baby spinach, rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, snow peas, carrot), with 2 slices of ham and half an avocado..

Then I had some natural yoghurt with half a peach chopped up in it because I'm trying to increase my calorie intake.

I had a frozen salmon fillet and a butter bean and corn salad with a mustard dressing, quick, simple and tasty.

DS had tempura chicken nuggets with grated carrot and cheese and corn.

DD and I both had a sandwich with shaved chicken breast, cheese and avocado. Then fruit salad after. DD had a cup of milk and I had a coke zero.
Borng but reasonably healthy and filling.

Savory mince. I had the packet stuff sitting in the cupboard for ages and then our freezer died so we are eating stuff up so it doesn't have to be thrown out.
