    Default What's for lunch?

What is everyone having for lunch today?

I decided I was going to watch what I eat today, make smarter choices and not just snack on things that are easy.

    I'm looking for some inspiration!

D's is pleading for chips. He keeps going to the oven and looking to see if the magically appeared.

We are actually having a egg and bacon pie. Place a slice short cut bacon or ham in a large greased muffin tray. Cracked a egg on top and herbs. Sometimes I put a tiny bit of mustard before the egg. Put it oven for a few mins until the egg is cooked.

    Leftover stir fry:
Chicken, red capsicum, baby corn, snow peas. With rice and this sauce http://shop.countdown.co.nz/Content/...ind-Tomato.jpg

Sauce was $1 from the reject shop...was very quick, tasty and mostly healthy to make. So badly want some more!

I had baked beans on a wholemeal roll and a little organic granny smith apple.

What I really wanted was a $5 burrito from Guzman Y Gomez, but I couldn't be bothered driving over there.
