    That sounds much easier and more doable. I guess it will be easier again during winter when I can do slow cooked meat dishes

    Yep that pretty much sums us up. With a lot of soup as well, it's such an easy paleo meal. I tend to do one big meal a day (lunch here) with a cut of red meat, and a few sides such as roasted vegies, raw veg in salad form, some sauerkraut or kim chi, then eggs for dinner. Cauliflower rice is really tasty and easy and keeps well in the fridge, and zucchini noodles are delish too. I spiral them, salt them and let them sit for 1/2 hour before frying them up in a pan with a bit of garlic and olive oil. Seriously good spag bog replacement, with a beef mince sauce.

    😮 just looked at the price of cauliflower... $5.49 each and they were tiny! Might have to try the zuchinni pasta this week instead...
