    Default Quick Step Laminate Flooring

We're looking at having quick step laminate installed. Just wondering if anyone has this in their home? If so, would you recommend it? It's for hallway, kitchen, rumpus and lounge room area.

We're thinking of laying it ourselves too, DH is pretty handy so hoping it won't be too hard to install.

Any reviews or recommendations for something similar would be great

We have vinyl laminate in lounge/dining, kitchen and hallways.

We did get it professionally installed though but that was mostly due to the same installers doing our carpet in bedrooms so it wasnt much extra to get them to do the lot

Do you know what brand you used? Did they have to remove your skirting boards and use a plinth when they installed it?

I also have some vinyl samples and have just been doing some goggling and apparently it's better for water spillages?

We have quick step laminate and I like it. Easy to clean and we have a type that looks like real timber

Looks great. Have you had it for long? Did you install it yourself?

That looks really good! So no problem with it when it gets wet?? I think I'm swaying more towards something like this

We have the same flooring as above. I love it, so easy to keep clean (in my opinion anyway!), I just spot mop when necessary and then do a big clean every so often.
Ours was laid really well so we've not had issues with it lifting or anything. In saying that, it's well taken care of. Water doesn't have the chance to seep into it because I wipe it up straight away

A full bottle of red wine fell off the top of my fridge and smashed on the floor a couple of weeks ago and even that wiped up without a trace (no red staining in the joins or anything)

We just put some of those fabric spots on the bottom of our furniture legs to avoid too much marking happening on the floor. So far so good!
We've had it for a year and a half
