    Default Fiber supplement

    Hey guys does anyone know if it's safe to be taking a fiber supplement during the third trimester of pregnancy, such a benefiber ?

    Have you looked into psyllium husk? It's more than 50% natural soluble fibre. And I'm certain that it's safe in pregnancy.
