    They are in the process of taking it further. They have two groups to help. The Together Union and an Association started by officers from their Depare many years ago that is similar to a union.

    So after spending a good chunk of the weekend working on Selection Criteria, driving to my parents and having them both look over it (Mum is often involved in recruitment within her Government Department as an Operations Manager and Dad has worked for the same Department as Hubby for over 30 years now so their opinions are very helpful)......anyway, he gets an email today letting them know that HR and the Director have met with The Public Service Commission (after many disgruntled employees complaining) and The Public Service Commission have ruled that they DO NOT have to reapply for their jobs!!!!!! Relieved but completely ****ed off that they put them under all this stress unnecessarily.
