Default TTC 1 week late.. what to do next

Hi. Looking for some friendly advice as very new to the TTC world!

Have been TTC since DEC 2014, Generally have 28 day cycles only ever been a day or two late at most.. until this month today I'm a week late.

I have taken 4 fist response dip test since last Tuesday (the last being this morning) and all show BFN!

for the last 8 days I have had mild cramping similar to when AF is on the way, an very sore and large breasts. My face has also broken out in pimples. Im not trying to symptom spot but its so hard not too.

I haven't been charting, so not 100% sure if or when I Ovulated. I just waned to relax the firs few months of TTC and hope for the best. Now I'm kind of wishing I had its such a horrible waiting game, not knowing what is happening with your body.

The Pregnancy tests suggest to see a dr if still negative after a week. We are new to this, don't really want to discuss with friends and family just yet (wanted to make a surprise baby announcement, not have people watching and waiting knowing we are TTC) so hoping you can all shed some advice, or your own experiences.

Thanks for taking the time to read all of this; -)

You should def be getting a positive being a week late if you are pregnant. The body releases progesterone in the 2nd half of the cycle whether we are pg or not and it mimics the symptoms of pg. Sore breasts, acne, tiredness are from the progesterone.

I would go to your GP and get a blood test done to set your mind at ease.
