Default What would you write on your rock?

So DS CC sent home this on Friday:

    ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1424600806.161683.jpg

For those who can't see, it is a pebble in a net bag and the accompanying note says:

'Our philosophy for our centre is ongoing and needs consistent reviewing. We value your input as a member of our community. Please take home this rock and return it with a word written upon it that is significant to your family. As educators we will use these tools to continually reflect on what is important to your family.'

Beyond the questions of 'wtf?' and 'how am I supposed to write on a pebble?', I have no idea what one word I could pick. At best I can narrow it down to three.

So, what one word would you write on your rock?

Off the top of my head I would write "Respect" on the rock.
    Yeah that's what I thought too… I really don't know what i'd write…

LOL I thought the same thing!

I don't know what I'd write on my rock. Only one word is a bit hard!

An important thing for my family (besides all the lovey dovey stuff) is that I am strict on my kids' behaviour. But I wouldn't know how to write that in one word. Somehow "discipline" or "strictness" just doesn't have a nice ring to it LOL.

Ooh, just one word? That's tricky.
    Maybe 'share'?
Share feelings and thoughts, experiences and possessions.
