I'll join you ladies on the losing weight bandwagon! I already started 2 weeks ago. I was 67 kg and am down to 64 kg now. My goal is pre-baby weight of 58 Kg then we will see.
I'm not on a diet (still breastfeeding) but I cut out bread, pasta and rice. I'm eating veggies, meat, fruit, eggs, fish, yogurt and nuts.
I also started running two weeks ago. If any of you ladies want to run but never have I highly recommend the Couch to 5k program. I have an app on my iPhone I follow.
I've also signed up for Pilates and PT once a week. PT is at 5 am before hubby goes to work.
For me to lose weight personally its 90% what I eat...
I'm in as well it's time to stop eating chocolate and yummy carbs. I need to drop around 10-15 kgs sounds so hard but it's doable. I'm with u scubagirl I want another baby next year so that's good motivation. I'm also excited to do some bumming around down the beach this summer. Will check out that 5km running ap cunuck28 I've never been a runner I think I'm a little unco at it ha ha.
I'm already in week 3 of the current 12wbt i can start a thread but I don't know where it should go...
Damn! Doesn't work. I'll try a different way. IVF costs to increase if changes to medicare rebate go through!
