    Hey @akakura and @KitiK that's awesome about the 12wbt being able to order the food from woollies! I'm totally going to check that out. My weight loss seems to have gotten stuck at 83kgs and I really want to get back down to 65 by this time next year so I'm fit enough to have another bub

    Yeah the Woolies thing is new since I last did it. I haven't tried using it yet, just using my shopping strategies from last time. I like to get fruit and veg from the market (a lot cheaper) but for everything else it could b good. Time saver for sure!

    I found it very easy to lose weight last time @ScubaGal. I didn't really use mb's exercise progs just did my own biking and spin class thing and went from 79kg to 65 in 5 months. Breastfeeding is the key for me: no periods and hormones to mess with my mood and lead to emotional eating ☺️

    I just got AF back... I knew it was coming as I had an insatiable appetite the week before still EBF too - didn't get AF back with my first 2 for 9 months or so. Feel ripped off this time!

    I need the online shopping to save time/temptation and the need to go to the shop with 3 kids in tow!

    I just signed up using my c/c. Time to get serious! 75kg, I need to get to at LEAST 65kg - preferably 60kg. I chose the post baby program with 1700 cals, but will probably adjust it down once I stop BF... 4 weeks till kick off!

    Me too - one of the things about having a baby is I've had to get DH cooking so if I can online order Te right ingredients and just hand him a recipe that will be awesome without doing all the planning myself.
    @akakura have you checked out Zwift.com ?

    It's awesome. If you've got an indoor trainer it's basically an online training game. Have a look online
