Hi @KitiK we aren't getting our boy circumcised as dad isn't. Everyone I know has done according to what the dad is.

The twins are already 3 weeks today can't believe how time flies.

I would have thought that people would / would not depending on their childrens peers rather than their parents (given they are more likely to be comparing with boys thier own age rather than dad)? Interesting though

Saw OB yesterday. She's happy for us to start doing "old wives" theories on bringing on labour.
Tomorrow we will be 38 weeks 😝
Oh my. Things are starting to feel real now!!!
Of course we are just going to let nature and what bub does take it's course. πŸ˜‰

Re: circumcision thank god we don't have to discuss it as we are having a girl. But.. I think we wouldn't have anyway as dh isn't.
Having said that both my bros are. And one bro has had one of his sons done as he kept getting infections. He had it done at 10.
So if you aren't dh/dp needs to teach them how to clean the area properly.

Hi ladies...just a quick update I have stage 4 placenta Previa so it looks c sec for me @ 38 weeks....I'm a bit disappointed since DD was natural but obviously need to do what's best for the bubs and for me and there really is no chance of natural delivery.

D day is 27.5...seems so soon!!

Sorry to hear you're disappointed, but you'll be in good hands and 27/5 is getting close

I'm now booked for a c-section on 21st april! Baby's head is big and apparently my pelvis isn't so.

We moved house on monday and are madly trying to get everything ready again - nearly there. So hope the boy doesn't come early! He hasn't dropped yet and the 13kg I've gained is getting tough to manage! He was estimated at 3.5kg yesterday.

@Nicsta83 I feel your pain, I had a grade 4 pp last pregnacy (had to move within 5 mins of the hospital, weekly blood tests to match and hold etc) but it all turned out fine, trust your OB and if anything feels wrong just go straight to the hospital or call an Ambulance! I will update you to 27/5 on the roll call - about 5 weeks to go! WOW
@HavingitAll I will update you to 21 April, which is less tha a week away, very exciting! I am glad you got moved and hope you didnt overdo it - 13kg is a good gain - I ended up with 12kg but was already about 10kg over my normalish weight so ended up about 22kg over "normal". I am now at about 78kg so need to lose about 15kg.... and it does make it a bit harder for a bit longer after a c section, but we will get there - hopefully!
