Maybe because of twins @Nezz79 - you had 2 separate placentas didnt you? Just thinking maybe thats why you had more bleeding? More arteries in your uterus??? How are you going now?
Can't believe is been a week - how are you going juggling 3 at home and do your 2 have similar feeding/sleeping times?

@Soques - it sounds like your dreams are OVERCOOKED!!!

Personally i wouldn't go for the 4s - the sound of the number 4 is very similar to the sound of the word "death" in Mandarin (I lived and worked in China for a bit) and that's why they are so picky about numbers.

Not to worry you or anything, since it's not your culture!

Gosh I hoe he comes soon though, the suspense is killer.

It's all very useful for me @KitiK so TMI - away!

I expect I'll undergo a c-section and try to BF in a few weeks (18 days and counting) and other than my dr I know practically no-one here in Bogota who I can ask anything. With the time difference to Oz of +13 hrs (I think) I'm mostly out of synch with the few people I could ask in Oz.

@HavingitAll, If I can help in any way, shape or form let me know! While I certainly dont know everything, I am always happy to share and let you know what did or didnt work for me or what I have or have't tried! Happy for you to pm if you prefer too - now that I will be keeping unsociable hours, it might suit! Speaking of which, i got my placenta encapsulated, it was delivered back to me last night (a few hours ago) I have taken 2 caps and they dont smell bad or have an aftertaste that I can detect as yet! Oh and my colostrum is well and truly pumping (can tell by the colour of bubs spit up - yellow as!) and milk is so close, I can literally feel it! x

    Thanks @KitiK ...

Well think today is going to be my day... Waters haven't broke yet, but have been consistently getting more and more what I know believe are contractions since about 3 am this morning they are not in any sort of pattern or lasting to long but are getting more and more intense... It's now 20 to 7 am... Also my dogs are acting more protective then normal...

Fx I'll be going to the hospital sometime today... Hope this doesn't last too long 😜

Definitely happening today... Contractions are about 5-10 mins away and lasting about 10 to 30 secs.
