I'm just going to leave this here:

And before I back slowly away, I'll leave you with my first thought on the matter: disappointed its a play and not another book.

Not fair! As much as I would like to plan a trip to London just to see it, I don't think DH would appreciate the sentiment. So disappointed that it's a play and not a book.

In a world of recording devices, internet and prolific fanfic authors, I'll bet someone transcribes it into a story in no time.

Not trying to make anyone hate me... but I've got a ticket to parts 1&2 of the play next June. However there is a chance we won't be living in this part of the world by June, in which case it'll be £100 down the drain. Lol.

Anyone have a suggestion as to a good website where I can buy some Harry Potter merchandise for Christmas presents?

I've found a few but keep coming up against either "doesn't ship to Australia" or they do, but the postage cost makes it crazy-expensive.

I, personally, find it touching that Harry would name his son after Snape.
I actually didn't realise the extent that some people hated it! Once I finished DH my intense hatred of Snape became actually a deep appreciation of the complexities of his character.

I don't understand why she had to explain it in the first place? One of the major themes of HP is redemption through love, and Snape is one of the major examples of that!
