    Default Regular periods PP

Hey lovelies, how long did I take your periods to sort themselves out PP?

Mine returned when dd was 9 months old so they have now been back 8 months.

While they are so much better than they used to be pain wise the last two have both been 19-21 day cycles.

From someone who used to one every 5 weeks having two in 6 weeks really sux.

I would have thought they'd have sorted themselves out by now.

DD is still bf'ing twice a day for that makes any difference.

    Any ideas?

    TIA

AF returned 9 months post partum while still breastfeeding multiple times per day and night on demand. Been back for 9 months and my cycles are anywhere from 27 to 36 days. Though seem to be averaging out at 32 days. Used to be a regular 28 days so things have definitely changed!!

I'm not sure if bf has much impact for everyone- certainly didn't help me.
My twins- fully bf and was doing around 9 feeds every 24 hrs my af came back around 12 weeks and were regular from there on.
Dd- again fully bf on demand, so more like 12 feeds every 24 hrs and af came back at about 9 weeks pp and was regular.

I'm not breast feeding either. My supply was so low that I didn't need to gradually decrease. I just went cold turkey.
