Default Best vacuum cleaner for dust mite allergy

My ds has a dust mite allergy and am looking at getting a new vacuum. I am told I should get one with a HEPA filter and have looked at a Miele vacuum which had great reviews but am also looking at a Dyson. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these vacuums or have another you could recommend.. Thanks 😊

I have a sauber which are meant to be great for allergies but they definitely aren't! I have a dust mite allergy too and my $1600 vacuum cleaner does nothing more than the $100 one i owned beforehand. So definitely don't get sucked into buying one of those.

Wow $1600 you would expect it to do a lot for that kind of money. I will definitely steer clear of that one then thanks :-)

I have a Dyson, the allergy one. I love it. I have no idea how it compares to other 'dust specific' vacuums, but it's certainly a whole lot better than my el' cheapo one I used to have.

I have a Sauber and it's great. Strong suction and 10 year warranty so worth the money.
