Went okay I tried a recipe for a cheesy garlic naan and didn't roll it thin enough I don't think. I like my naan thin lol

    Was tasty though!

I made some coconut milk this morning from a bag of dessicated coconut and water. I've decided that smoothies are a more realistic option for me than actually eating breakfast with a newborn and a toddler - so am trying to boost the nutritional value of them.

It tastes pretty decent - and so much more cost effective than buying coconut milk.

Also made my standby chocolate cake in the thermy for the first time. Just took it out of the oven and it looks ok.

My thermomix has been packed into a box and is being picked up tomorrow to be repaired. Yep ... 2 weeks old and it has to be fixed as it giving me a 161 error.

I'm actually disgusted that it is being repaired and not replaced, it is ONLY two weeks old and I paid over $2k for the thing.

    Oh no rary girl
Apparently that's just tightening of the arms that hold the bowl in.

Did you keep the tmx box? And base? Make sure you put it in transportation mode xx

On Sunday i decided to make my own hot dog rolls from Lailahs bread recipe.
Then i thought i should make a loaf of bread while the recipe was handy.
Then because everything was out and ready i also make Lailahs hot cross buns

Nope ... didn't keep the box or anything as it was huge and no room. So of course running around today to get a box from my consultant but no packing stuff so it has an old pillow/towels wrapped around it.
