    Umm so Dd needs to go dairy free or at least switch to goats milk. Has anyone got any recipes handy for yoghurt etc I can make her?

    I used PURE CREAM ... apparently you can't use thickened or anything else it has to be the pure cream.

    Not happy with Coles online delivery they've stuffed up twice now! I will go out and get my food shop done with sick grumpy toddler now because I'm having withdrawals as I didn't use my thermomix yesterday at all

    They didn't pack cream in my order and they gave me less quantity of chocolate chips when I ordered chocolate melts!!

    Grrrr! I'm going to make tiger rolls now... I hope the recipe calls for a fair bit of beating the dough down by hand! Release some frustration haha

    Thanks! Completely botched up the tigers though

    Now. My fridge is full with ingredients for this week's recipes!

    Wondering if a twice weekly cook up and freeze would be better than fresh meals cooked daily? Hmm what to do!

    Made the lasagne from the BCB cookbook for dinner. It smells delicious! I added extra garlic, spinach, carrots and celery as well as veggie stock!
