I got my thermo and made the red cure paste and then the red curry chicken - De-Lish! I was actually surprised at how flavoursome it was!

Throw you favourite dishes at me!

Foolproof too! I made the wholemeal jumbo recipe tonight and it was perfect. We had it with creamy garlic chicken soup ... yum!

Can anyone recommend a good thermomix book for a beginner? Just general meals nothing fancy. Also I have quite an old hand me down version so not sure if the books need to be specific to each machine?

I get 90% of mine from recipe community ... fantastic as they have been rated by people who have tried them.

According to the naan recipe you can freeze the dough, has anyone done this and had it turn out ok once defrosted? I'm assuming I just defrost on the bench, maybe let prove again and use as normal?

For those of you who make nut butters, which ones do you make for your children? Do you just blitz the nuts or do you need to add anything? I noticed online that for peanut butter someone was using salted peanuts but I wondered if there would be too much salt for a toddler. If I use plain peanuts will it taste ok or bit too bland? My ds1 loves peanut butter but is a super fussy eater so I need to make sure it's edible!
