OMG Leyshoja your coworker sounds like an A class douche bag!!!! I do not blame you for being bitter (or twisted!) when that di*ck head goes on about the cost! Why don't you just have a go at him and put him in his place??! That's right, you're more professional than him, you're not gonna lower yourself to his level. What a di*ck he is!!!!!!!!!!! The only way his wifey would be showing by now is if she was obese in the first place. Stuff them! God I hate douche bags! Don't worry I spent the day at work today listening to a pregnant 21 year old carry on and on about how she's just decorating her nursery and I walked in on another staff member expressing milk with a pump. This other staff member is a warrior who took 6 years to get preg so I don't begrudge her mind you. Poor luv, her hubby does not work so they never would have afforded ivf. And yeah Bongley we all have those friends. I would not blame any lady on this thread for being bitter. I'm bloody bitter!

BTW we are supposed to have a 1/10 success rate at our age so where is it amongst us? Somebody has to get lucky around here soon. Maybe it's you Leyshoja although you would have a better chance than that using DE! So where's our 1/10 OE success story goddam it!!!!!! Rant over!

C'mon Eggies let's make a baby on this thread!

Met a mum at preschool today who was pregnant with her third and fourth child (twins). She was pretty shocked. Unfortunately she is 14 weeks pregnant which is what I would have been if I hadn't had the miscarriage. That should have been me I thought. (Not sure about twins though).

Had a little cry today and have felt knocked for six, it's hard getting over a miscarriage...

I'm all for a good rant!!!!
Once a lady at work asked me when I was going to have kids, I told her quite firmly was sick of people asking me that question sooooo then she said "I've been waiting years for you to have kids when are you going to hurry up"!!!!! That was about 6 months ago and after my response I think she's still scared of me! ( my bad). I don't want to be bitter but people are so ignorant and intrusive sometimes! Douche bags hahaha
Bring on a good result for someone very soon!

Oh ladies, I would love to see us all beat the odds and get some BFP's happening! It is so heartbreaking - the things people have said to me after miscarriages, they just have NFI and it really sucks. I've had so many now that my 'friends' just ignored the last loss, even though for DH and I that was the worst one because we really believed that was 'the one' for us. I've lost friends over it and I don't give a flying **** because if they are going to lecture me on what I 'should' do and give unwarranted advice and say hurtful things, then I don't want them as friends anyway.

I'm in the TWW right now, 7dpo and I don't feel pregnant, although I have had some low grade cramps when I wake of a morning which I've had in previous pregnancies... Damn pregnyl shots that ruin my POAS addiction! I won't know for another ten days when the last of it leaves my system.

@Petal40 I hope things turn around and you get a good result at your next scan. I hate scans with a passion. I have never had good news at one, so I'd be happy to never have one again - goodness knows how I'll cope if I do get a BFP sometime.. One thing that helped me a lot was the Misdiagnosed Miscarriages website. There were hundreds of stories of ladies writing in saying that bubs was measuring a week behind, they couldn't find a heartbeat etc and their pregnancies turned out fine. While I was in that limbo of not knowing, it was a sliver of hope to grasp onto and got me through, even though the outcome for me wasn't good. It's not over until it's over and early scans are unreliable. Good luck, I have everything crossed for you.

Hoping we get some good news to boost us all up very soon
