@Bongley You're off to a great start Luv!! Yippee!! for expanded blasto!! Is there a reason you didn't whack the morula in as well while you were there?? C'mon Embie!!!Bahahahaha..."p i s s holes in the snow"

@Chiefsgirl Great numbers Luv!! they all fertilise!! Rest up and I hope you're feeling better tomorrow.

@winsor Oh no Luv!! So glad they caught it before it ruptured!! Yes, just as well transfer was cancelled, I agree with @Skyler that the environment in your oven prob would've been compromised. Hope you're feeling better soon.

@Skyler Results in yet Luv?? I've got no doubt you'll be transferring by the end of the week (though it is Good Fri..will they be open?) or Sat

@MaxKat Oh bugger and sh*t Luv!! Am sorry to hear those results. What will happen now?? Go for it and head to EPU or will your FS recommend cancelling and trying again??

@Emerald26 Ewwwww.....I shudder to think what was going on in that dunny Luv!!

@tuxcat WTF was going on in that bathroom?? Filthy undies staring right up at him?? No wonder he ran for his life!!! Yum!! to the choccy in the fridge!! 2 weeks is going to fly by Luv and I really hope this next Cycle is your lucky one.

@leyshoja My DP is exactly the same..He didn't even notice it was our anniversary over the weekend..Clean forgot about it, so I didn't even get a measly card!! I was not a happy camper as you can imagine. God knows, I don't ask for much!! I'd even prepared a special dinner/dessert for us and everything. He's making amends by organising for me to go and have a massage and a pedi and I'll be making sure I take my sweet time about it when I go too!!

Yeah, he's not big on the compliments either even though I know he does love me. Been "educating" him over the years about it and explaining that a little compliment goes a long way. He's getting better about it these days. I'm hoping to hear you say that Easter Bunny has bought you aching boobs instead of easter eggs on Sunday!!!

@Leisylou 9dpo?? Still too early Luv!! You'll have to keep dropping your drawers @ testing for another 4 days before I'm going to even entertain the idea that you're out this month!!

@MGC Bertie Thanks again for he Roll Call Luv!! Catch up with you on the other thread :-)

Bongley bahaaaa!!!! Laugh of the day! I've never heard of p!ssholes in the snow! Does this mean blonde eyelashes and eyebrows that need some colouring or deep set eyes? Laughter is the best medicine!

Congratulations Chiefsgirl on 8 icsi'd and best of luck with fert.

That's disappointing MaxKat, you get some survivors.

    AFM, transfer Friday.

Leyshoja, glad you're maintaining an even keel during the TWW.

On the topic of men noticing how you look, DH will compliment me when I'm in a pair of torn denim shorts with no makeup on. But sometimes if I've spent $$$$$ on something he won't be all that fussed. I think women dress to impress each other rather than men. DH could not give two hoots about fashion.

@Skyler it might be a bit of an older expression, not as common in australia I guess. My folks would always say it. Just means your eyes look really tiny and beady I think, ha.
@BlondeinBrisvegas my clinic (RPAH) is dead set against double transfer and especially for women at risk of OHSS (me) as a twin pregnancy would be potentially very bad news. The nurses told me that they see women in A&E from other clinics. Perhaps before my BFP I would have pushed for it but not now.

Yeah I don't bother surprising my partner for anniversaries or valentines anymore as most times I get forgotten and ****ed off. So I just say "Its our anniversary soon, if you can't think of anything get me a whisky/gin/magazine subscription etc"
Not romantic but then no fights either and we both feel happy.

@Bongley sorry I missed you before - congrats on being pupo! I had always wanted twins, especially after my first few ivf cycles didn't work. Now I know I can't transfer more than one due to my Hla matches with DH - and I'm still struggling to get a bfp 2.5yrs after starting ivf I will be ecstatic/over the moon/beyond amazed if I can get one child to come into this world from my loins🙏
@winsor sorry I missed you too! Wow it does sound like fate that your cycle was cancelled, good that they caught your appendicitis in time, it's pretty bad if they rupture before they get them out. Rest up, it's not an easy recovery xxx

My DH is WAY more romantic than me. We decided a cpl of years ago not to give birthday or xmas presents to each other. Instead we go out to a super fancy restaurant (tetsuyas for my 40th!) or get great tickets to a show we want to see. Normally that falls to me to organise and I'm ok with that - I get what I want 😃 but DH will always do something to surprise me - romantic cards, flowers, or last year I had red lovehearts that he had cut out, written messages on and hid around the house for me to find. Me? I'm hard pushed to remember to buy a card!
@Skyler yay for transfer on Friday!

Wow Chiefsgirl, you sure got lucky with your man. As far as I'm concerned, men really ARE from Mars. I'm just hoping I've got a little martian on board

@Bongley Fair enough Luv, that's understandable Believe it or not, I got mild/moderate OHSS when I got my BFP. Nearly fell off the gurney in emergency when the doctor told me!! WTF?? Once again, even with the symptoms, it didn't even occur to me at the time. I really am Blonde sometimes!!
