I agree with Skyler. a balanced diet is best.
I did find that I lost some weight by cutting back on milk (though I have cheese/other dairy) though it just happened over a few months. I still splurge on milkshakes occasionally

Good luck @winsor ! My clinic like to transfer late - anywhere from cd16 to 21. Wish it would happen sooner I'm getting very impatient with this whole extravaganza.

good luck to you too! oh right. I've been thinking of day14 but that's prob not right (since it's already 5days old?). I'm not sure what the dates are for a frozen cycle. they'll tell me next week. maybe it will be around your date too

Leyshoja maybe this time we will be transfer buddies, I think af is coming...So will you grow them out to day 5? Or transfer 2 x 3 day embies?

Winsor they would transfer a 5 day blast 5 days post ovulation, so if you ovulate on day 14 they will transfer on day 19. You're with Genea right? They normally monitor you for a natural ovulation then plan the transfer accordingly.

Hey if all these FET's work, there will be lots of Christmas babies!

thanks @Skyler. I'm glad you know how it all works I'm just going with the flow this time. I prob should ask more questions but I figure it's out of my hands, so less to worry about

day19 would be 27th if day1 was really monday. so I'd likely transfer somewhere around 27-29th

I always thought I'd have a december bub, near my birthday. last chance.
    fingers crossed for everyone

I'm going to grow them out to 5 days. If there is a fantastic looking one I will only transfer one, otherwise two.
I didn't want a xmas baby because nearly all my family have bdays in December and January but I can't afford to be fussy..

My birthday is in Dec too Winsor! And Leyshoja, my first choice for a birthday would not be December either. Not gonna let that delay a transfer though because I have had all sorts of delays already. And neither can I afford to be fussy! My birthday, Xmas, New Years and our wedding anniversary all fall within a 3 week period, it's like party, party, party all at once and then nothing for the rest of the year.
