Default what did you try? Cinnamon? Brazil nuts?

    Hi all
I am close to o and this is our first cycle trying since I have been diagnosed with PCOS.

I have heard that the following things can help with getting a bfp:
    Cinnamon
    Brazil nuts
    VITEX
    Flaxseed
    Spearmint tea

Anything else you think I can try? Hubby wants to try naturally for another 4 months before trying clomid etc.

    Thanks ladies xx

Vitex is used to regulate your cycle. If your cycle is already pretty normal, it can mess it up. I didn't have any luck using it.

I'm trying a few different things this month, as well as clomid but I have used that by itself before with no success. This round I tried
    Daily baby aspirin
From ovulation - lots of warm drinks mainly rooibos tea, Brazil nuts, pineapple core, sunflower seeds, keeping my feet warm.

I'll know next week if it worked!
