Default How often do you clean your oven ?

I've been at my new house over a year and have done it once 😳😳
Was thinking of hiring someone to do it but not sure how often and how much is a reasonable to pay ?

I recently paid $140 for someone to clean my oven. It was worth every cent. It looked brand new again. I am planning to do it twice a year.

I had mine done a few weeks ago. It cost $220, but it is a double oven (ie two ovens in the one unit, one standard size, one small).
I was just looking at them :-)

I was thinking twice a year if it was around $150

I do it when it looks bad or if it smokes when I turn it on. I do wipe it out most times that I bake in it. I'm actually a little surprised at how much oven cleaners charge!

Oh cripes, the answer here is quite obviously "not even close to often enough"

When everything I cook in it starts to smell like roast pork - I clean it!

No one likes pork flavoured sponge cake!
