Annabelle - Congrats!! Those HCG numbers are great. I think your P4 is low, and think you should definately look into it.

Hi ladies, thread jumping here I hope you don't mind, but I'd like to echo what the others have said regarding your progesterone levels, my clinic wanted it above 30 so I'd suggest upping your dose or using some other type of progesterone support as well, I've only ever used pessaries, are you able to lie down for 20 min after using the gel?

Hmmm, just reviewing Wazzas plan and he has included pregnyl thus thwarting my poas obsession which kicks in on day 4. Pregnyl is one that needs to be kept cold from memory - can I ask how you ladies have kept it cool on the way over before?

Hoping4best I hsd small gel icepack and for another drug I had that needed to be cool. I kept it all wrapped in my bag. They prob would refrig for you on plane but it should stay cold enough for the flight if you wrap it in cloth.

Hoping - I used ice on our first trip . It was a PIA asking for ice all the time. The second time we were on a Qantas flight and just asked the stewards nicely to keep it refrigerated. They said they 'weren't supposed to' and that they 'couldn't accept responsibility' but still happily obliged.
You will also need to keep Lucrin cold if you choose that over Synarel too.

Hoping can you source it over there for the dosages you need in SA? You only need it days 3,6&9 right?

Thanks Blinky. No mention of syneral on this plan or lucrin. I never can keep up with the different approaches and why the plans differ from time to time. Last time I went over I didn't do pregnyl for example, this time I do or if I was to use the Sth africa plan it would be super basic with only progynova and progesterone.
