Yea I'd wait untill he's feeling better aswell. TT is so frustrating at the best of times, no point adding in that stress on top of sickness. Hope he's feeling better soon

Arrrgh. So ds has been doing great with wee's on the toilet for the past few days but I usually just let him run round bottomless. Today we have had visitors so I put him in undies and we have had continues accidents. Soooo frustrating. I guess we will just need to perserver with the undies and hope he clues on soon.

Ok so my son is sitting on the potty but never does anything. Is there anything I can do to actually help him to go? Thanks

One suggestion... Spend a morning/day/however long at home. Give him heaps to drink (we did weak herbal tea, milk... Anything that's exciting and gets them to drink lots). Get them on the potty every 10 minutes or so, and read a book/sing a song etc. to keep them there. MASSIVE praise if they wee on the potty. Worked to get our DD excited about what the potty was for... We also used a sultana as a reward when she went to strengthen that connection.

How is toilet training going! I'm having no luck at all. I'm tempted to put him in undies and just go with the flow with the mess, it's doing my head in.
