    As usual I sit here doing my online shopping, and the dinner request for this week is home made pizza.

    Pizzas big in our house - some of our fav homemade topics

    * margarita
    * prosciutto and rocket
    * pepperoni chilli and mint (weird but delicious)
    * ricotta potato and Rosemary

    Roast chicken pieces mixed with tandoori paste, spinach leaves, red onion & bocconcini. Can serve with a dash of sour cream or natural yogurt. Also avocado.
