a-squared, I'm in ADL too! Curious about your kitchen...who did you go with?

We're currently waiting for a quote back from Masters and out of IKEA, Uzit, Le Cornu and Bunnings, we think masters kitchens seem like the highest quality! So interested in hearing your thoughts on that as I noticed you think they seem cheap.

We've been waiting so long to renovate and I want to make the right choice! We are planning on selling or renting our place in five years as our family grows (ttc #1) so we want nice renos, but not super expensive ones.

Also looking at replacing all floors with timber laminate from Carpet Court.

@barefootbabe, we bought ours through Walls Brothers Kitchens.

The appliances, sinks, taps and tiles etc for our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry are being paid for through our builder, so the cabinetry, handles and benchtops for those areas are through walls brothers and came to $33k including GST and that's for the shaker style doors and caesarstone Benchtops

The only masters kitchen I looked at in detail were the shaker style doors and they were terrible. Admittedly I didn't look closely at the other types, so perhaps that was just their cheapest range??

We're going to start renovating soon. We moved from a big, newly built house to an old, small house 3 mths ago & just waiting on plans to be finished so we can start. We're adding a 2nd storey & totally re-doing existing ground floor. Need to start asap because I'm 20 wks pregnant! @A-Squared love that paint colour!

As soon as I work out how to upload a photo from my phone I'll put up some photos of my new bunnings kitchen (and maybe some of my new deck and heaven of all heaven my new indoor laundry)

It tells me I need to change my privacy settings, but I don't know how to do that on my phone.

I figured it out! Still a work in progress. Needs a splash back, paint and a dishwasher.
