I wish someone had told me my baby was posterior when I was in labour and helped me to labour accordingly. Bub turned shortly before coming out. Posterior labour was a lot more painful for me than anterior labour. Hopefully yours will turn prior to labour

Thanks so much for all your replies. I am very uncomfortable at the moment lots of back pain. I am really hoping she turns at the last minute or before that. I might ask the doctors if there are any chiropractors that they would recommend.
I think I might start been on all fours a couple of times a day if anything it may just ease may back pain.
Adornedwithcats what was the dietary changes you had to make?

I have to think positive at this point in time I have to have faith in myself and my body. I can do this after all this is my forth baby.

1 or 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds a day (actually chew them before swallowing) and lots of cooked spinach or broccoli a day.

It's a bit ironic really but I have been craving spinach big time. I might have to indulge. I could easily eat broccoli. Not sure about the sesame seeds or where you even buy them from.

Probably just reiterating what others have suggested but for me I followed my midwives advice and did plenty of hands and knees during the day, tried to avoid lying back / slouching and remember that some babies will turn at the last minute...my DD was posterior right up until early labour and then she was lol...main thing is to try not to stress about your babies position...try what people suggest if you want to and if it will help you to relax! Good luck, deep breath it will be ok.

You can get sesame seeds with the spices at a supermarket.

I also did optimal fetal positioning (like spinning babies).
