Toast soilders with soft boiled eggs and avocado slices was a huge favourite of my 2 younger boys.

I also do those bake muffin omlette things for DS3 (egg, shallots, mushrooms, capsicum, anything on hand really, and pop it in a muffin tray and bake)

    Default BLW Breakfast

I alternated between 3 ( and still do!)

Wholemeal toast with avocado or almond butter

Egg pancake - 2 eggs mixed with chopped tomato, baby spinach and chia seeds ( or any herbs, mushrooms etc you have in the fridge) and fry in mini fry pan - cut into strips

Porridge - as a baby I made my own with puffed quinoa, formula and mashed banana and it was very thick and I gave him loaded spoons ( now he just has organic instant!)

Then every Sunday was banana pancake day - just made a normal wholemeal flour/egg/milk mix with no sugar and added chopped banana before flipping over
