Congrats on those EPU numbers @billykate and @Butterfly39! Hopefully you both get a lot of good embies out of that bunch.
@bella25 I think with pregnyl it leaves your system at approx 1000 units a day. So after 2 days that 1500 should have gone. So if you had your last shot 6 days ago I think you'd be ok to test? I'm sorry you've been having s rough time. This whole ivf business is a total mind f**k and it just sucks that any of us have to do it. It will be worth it though when we get to hold our babies in our arms

My blood test is finally tomorrow, yay! I've been POAS-ing like a crazy woman and my line is getting darker but I don't want to book into an ob until that blood test just in case I jinx it :P I was still a tiny bit bloated from epu but in the last couple of days I feel like my tummy has gotten even bigger and I look about 4 months pregnant. Hopefully it goes down a bit, it's so hard to hide, especially as most of my work clothes are quite fitted!

Awesome news @freakedout44! I'm anxiously awaiting fertilisation rates from yesterday's EC today. When do they usually ring??

Thanks ladies. @billykate they usually call between one and two from memory. So hopefully you should get a call soon. All the best for great fert rates!

    Default IVF/FET in January/February 2015 #2

Well that's annoying! Anyone here with MIVF? I thought they were supposed to call me with fertilization rates day after EC, but no. I called them and she did tell me, she also said I recieve no further information about them until I am notified of embryo transfer time on Friday night? (Transfer is sat) - that's annoying, I'd like to be kept updated as they go!

16 out of 25 eggs fertilised by the way

    Fantastic fert rates @billykate!
It's cruel they don't give you updates though!!! After all we go through, the least they could do is let us know how our little embies are growing. Hope they keep going strong for you! xx

@billykate and @freakedout44 I believe the reason you don't get updates daily is because they like to disturb them as little as possible... I'm not with mivf but I know a lot of other clinics, including mine, do an update for fert rates and then they leave them until day before transfer to check. I think they may check on day 3 if you are thinking of freezing some at day 3. We wanted ours to get as far as possible so we ended up freezing all day 5 blastys.
