Default Severe period like cramps a week before AF due..pregnant?

Hey guys. Well I have had constant period like cramps since last night. All in lower abdomen radiating to my back. Last night it especially hurt to sit..and was still noticeable after taking motrin. My fertile period was about a week ago so wondering if this could be from conception?

It could possibly be, I got quite a bit cramping type pain when implantation would have been occurring with DS. It lasted a few days.

    Good luck!
