    If you came into money all of a sudden you could buy her a personal shopping assistant. Just think...no more kids covered in poo moments, feet being driven over...ah the serenity.

    Maybe that's it - someone sprinkled baby powder on themselves before going for a run...and that family was close by. Explains everything.

    In all honesty though...sounds like something horrid has happened to someone's loved one : (

    So let me get this straight...an arm goes floating up the river. Then another body part and a bag containing small amounts of human flesh (imagine discovering that *vomits*) is found and they suspect the body parts were deliberately dumped in the river but police still aren't sure if they need to treat it as suspicious or not? What kind of f'd up place is Melbourne if this is not suspicious
