At the risk of being too modly, and actually doing mod work and not just cruising along being glib-

    - quite a few of those posts are bordering on the need for deletion. Well actually some have actually crossed the line but I just put dd to bed and I'm in "do nothing" mode. I don't want to delete posts- especially in this lighthearted thread.

So, go vote. Go chat up hot men to take to the awards. Or there are still a few of you whom I am waiting on for your funds to land in my bank account, so chop, chop.

    I have a feeling I missed a heated topic?

    Nevermind, I get the gist.

So, an arm hey? Anyone else disturbed by the news article describing it as "fresh". Ick.

Must have been the note the arm was holding exclaiming, "Don't be alarmed. Everything is perfectly normal".

Default Well that escalated rather quickly. Come in here for a cuppa and a chat...

I know the OP and I think you're wrong. She was perhaps a bit too open about her own thoughts (you know the ones most of us think but keep in our head). Yes there was a lack of empathy for the indigenous population and some poor words... However many responses were way over the top. *****y. Like they were just looking for an issue they could unleash their inner fury on. The people in question should look in the mirror. What is worse - what they accused the OP of, or what they saw when they looked in the mirror. It's not a close call IMO because the actions of some in the mob were intentionally *****y.
