Once a week I play touch football. Last season and now this season doesn't seem to be many girls so sometimes I have to be on the field for forty minutes.
Usually by 10-15 mins I'm dying and seeing stars
I want to start jogging during the week to build up my fitness to run 40 mins straight without collapsing.
What's the best way to achieve this??
And when is the best time to run? Morning, nights??
