    Default Conception and fertility Tea

    Has anyone ever tried or heard of this?? I drink tea at work and would be interested to give something like this a go. I have found some online. Keen to hear your feedback or experiences? Alternatively do you know any good herbal teas I could try instead? Thanks!!

    Hello Bub077,

    I don't have any information on this but thought I would bump the thread because I would love to know too!

    I love drinking tea so much but will want something more fertility/baby friendly.
    I've heard there are some herbal teas that can be beneficial while others need to be avoided.

    Hopefully some people have some insight?

    I have heard of fertility teas too. I haven't tried them though sorry.

    I had been Ttc for almost a year and after spending soooo much money on pregnancy tests I decided to buy a heap of cheap online preg tests. I grabbed some fertility tea in the same order. When the order came I had one cup of tea- tasted ok. The next morning I decided to try out these new tests...... Positive! So yep I have tried these teas and it 'worked' for me!!!

    I have been drinking rooibos tea lately, it's caffeine free and has lots of antioxidants plus a few other things I can't remember - I think calcium and magnesium. It's a bit bland but keeps me away from the coffee at least.
