    I'll join, I need the motivation, I've been driving everywhere lately! I've got to get back to walking most places! So, 15 minutes exercise each day.... Starting tomorrow!

    Yesterday did my workout video 20 min and walked 45min.

    my doctor is happy with the xrays, I have a perfectly good back for a nearly 60 yr old. I will be going back to the gym three days a week for a little while, instead of 5 to 6 days a week. I will get weighed on Friday, and I hope I haven't put on any weight, I have been eating pretty close to the recommended plan. marie.

    How is everyone going ?

    I have still kept up the daily exercise.
    Feeling a bit disappointed today that I am not seeing much changes in my body but have to keep reminding myself to be patient.

    hi jontu. im back to the gym, and i have been three days this week. babysitting Monday, so that one I missed. I haven't put on any weight, all up I have lost about 3 kgs since I joined. I am so surprised with myself, to have actually found a gym, where I feel comfortable and welcomed, and there is always someone there to coach and to help. I am loving it , and I have never said that about exercise in my life. I only get weighed once a week on Friday, and once a month I get all the measurements taken. I am progressing well, so far. marie.
