Ummmmm awkward turtle! I just tagged you in the chat thread to talk about this because I totally thought this was a journal!

Congratulations!!!!! I'm in a similar place, I started at 87.7 and yesterday I was 81.1. It's amazing how good it feels, isn't it!

Weigh in today and guess what...ive lost 9.5kg!!!!!

I cant believe it. I had to go shopping yesterday as none of my clothes fit me anymore. I was looking at tops on sale. They didnt have a size 12 so i thought id try the 14 and probably get away with it...NOPE. WAY too big!!! Wow.

I feel so good!! Im stronger (i play roller derby so am obviously building muscle), i look better, im more flexible, im not not falling asleep on the couch in the middle of the day anymore, im enjoying s3x again (woo hoo) and i actually like myself again!!!

Just as something for us to all think about though....
My starting weight was 89.8kgs and i was a size 16...if lost 9.5 kgs so am 80.3kg and am a size 12. Weight doesnt always mean everything. I know some ladies who are 75kgs and a size 14/16!!
If this journey has taught me anything is you can be 'overweight' but still be a size 12!!! My 'ideal' body weight is 59-65kgs. I can tell you right now if i was 59kgs i would be nothing but a pair of b00bs (G cups). My b00bs stay the same size regardless of my size...maybe 1/2-1 cups size but never below a G. Muscle weighs more than fat!!

Im just so proud of myself!!!

    Just something to think about
